Therapeutic Touch had two main issues, which were that they needed some way of promoting their business as well as offer customers a platform to book their appointments with ease. Their current business model was based purely off customer referrals and traditional flyers, and this meant their business was restricted to a small locality. Therapeutic Touch wanted a way to promote their business online so that customers could understand more about their business and their pricing modal. They also wanted a booking system where customers could book themselves the necessary treatment.
I designed a website using Figma, which matched the identity the business was looking for. I also developed the website using Webflow, and added micro-interactions to add some life to the website. Finally, I integrated Calendly to allow customers to book themselves an appointment.
